What supplements do I take as a vegan?
– I use Vivolife perform protein daily
– The Vegan multi (linked above)
– Omega 3/ algae DHA (all above)

High protein coconut hot chocolate: (serves one hungry post workout person)
– 5 large medjool dates (soaked in hot water for 20 mins)
– 3 TBS cashew butter
– 1 TBSP raw hemp seeds
– 1 scoop Cocoa Coconut vegan protein (above)
– 1 heaped tsp cacao powder (or carob)
– 2 cups plant milk (use the coconut barista if you can find it, otherwise oat or soy milk work best)
– heat gently and slowly whilst stirring (it heats up within minutes)
– enjoy 🙂
