Super quick 5 point lunch on ww (plus a point back for veggies

1 potato (0 points)
1 chicken breast (0 points)
Seasoning and oil spray
Buffalo salad kit ( 5 points for 1/3 of the kit)

Chop potato and add to air fryer. Add chicken breast and spray with oil and season. I used kinder buttery burger and salt but use whatever you have. Cook on 390 for 15 mins. Remove chicken and let rest a few minutes before cutting it into bite sized pieces. Throw together your salad and top with chicken and a side of potatoes (or whatever your zero point starch is). Delicious, filling, quick.
