Intense Flat Stomach Workout | Six Pack | Workout At Home
Welcome back, loves,
This week we are doing a short but intense six-pack routine. This workout can be done on its own if you do not have a lot of time or you can add it onto the end of your workouts for a final challenge.
There are 5 exercises in this routine; 50 seconds of working out with a 10-second break. The exercises are:
1. Hip Dip Pulses
2. Altered Mountain Climbers
4. Bicycles with Reverse Crunch
5. Roll Up Twists
I love pushing myself in short amounts of time and I think exercises like this are great when you are limited on the clock! Give it a go and let me know what you think.
