1. 60 sec – Hold
2. 30 sec – Circles forward
3. 30 sec – Circles reverse
4. 60 sec – Plates in and out
5. 30 sec – Flight attendant one arm
6. 30 sec – Flight attendant both arms
7. 30 sec – 4 x plates flight attendant combination
8. 30 sec – All together
