3:40 – 2nd pose side stretch on wheel – Helpful to stretch our side waist.

5:15 – 3rd pose side bending on wheel – Helpful to tone our waist or side belly.

6:52 – 4th pose one-legged forward fold on wheel – helpful to relief your hamstring blockages & help to blood flow smoothly in your legs.
